The clothes to be laundered are picked by our executives from your home, at Qsec we understand that every cloth we receive is different and hence the professional team here first examines each cloth to identify the right process to be followed. The cloth is first pre-processed where the stains are removed and then they are washed/dry cleaned and hand finished before they are packed and delivered back at your doorstep. Qsec is also into cleaning of shoes, leather items, soft toys, purses,baggage. To meet your urgent needs Qsec does offer express service.
The detergents used in Qsec are very gentle and environment friendly. Qsec does not use ‘Perc’ (a solvent ban in many nations) which is a carcinogen and generally used by most of dry cleaners as a dry cleaning solvent. Qsec has a list of add on services to choose from like the Anti-moth treatment, XtraWhite, Starching, etc.

Qsec is the first laundry to come up with the innovative concept of providing you with extra space to keep your premium garments safe and secured at a very reasonable rate and retrieve them anytime in a ready to wear condition. The garments in the vault are insured. Every fortnight the garments in the vault are steam ironed to keep it fresh.

2. Register with your mobile number and add your address.
3. Choose and click on the required laundry service icon and select the clothes from the list and add it to the laundry basket..
4. View your basket and place the order.
5. Get order status and details.

3. Click on the “vault now” button in the home page and select the clothes from the list and it to the vault basket.
4. View your basket and place the order.
5. Get order status and details.
6. The clothes can be retrieved easily by simply clicking on the retrieve button and selecting the clothes from your vault.
